All orders will normally be dispatched within 2-3 working days, upon receipt, we will contact you via email on the day of dispatch, therefore it is necessary to provide us with an accurate email address.

Special Delivery :- £6.99 Your order is guaranteed the day after dispatch excluding Bank Holidays and Saturdays. (UK only)
Other Overseas & Southern Ireland Deliveries :- From £22.50 (We may quote for delivery costs) Please allow 7 working days for delivery to SOUTHERN IRELAND.
Prices
All prices on our site are inclusive, with only the addition of postage and packing and are correct at the time of publication.
Payment Method
All goods must be paid for prior to dispatch. Payment can be made using credit or debit card, via our secure site, alternatively you may send a cheque or postal order payable to Fancy Dress. Please note, goods will not be dispatched until payment has cleared.
Returns Policy
If you find it necessary to return an item to us, you must firstly e-mail (within 24 hours of receipt of the parcel) to be issued with an authorised returns number, once this has been obtained you can then return the goods, with all original labels attached, and obviously in an un-used state. This must be in the original packaging. Upon receipt of unused goods, we will refund for items only not original carriage, we regret we cannot accept the return of wigs for reasons of hygiene. All carriage costs must be met by the customer. All orders are checked and double checked before leaving our warehouse and the greatest care is taken to prevent items becoming damaged in transit.
