Delivery Information
All items are usually in stock for immediate dispatch, orders placed before 12pm Monday - Friday will be dispatched the same day, orders taken after 12pm will be dispatched the following working day, orders taken on Saturday & Sunday will be dispatched on Monday. If for any reason an item is not in stock, you will be informed via email within 24hrs. We will contact you via email to let you know your order is being processed and again when the order has been dispatched, therefore it is necessary to provide us with an accurate email address. All deliveries require a signature.
UK Standard Delivery :- £3.99 Sent by recorded delivery please allow 1-3 working days for delivery.
UK Special Delivery :- £6.99 Your order is guaranteed the day after dispatch excluding Bank Holidays and Saturdays. (UK only)
Other Overseas & Southern Ireland Deliveries :- From £22.50 (We may quote for delivery costs) Please allow 14 working days for delivery.
Prices
All prices on our site are inclusive, with only the addition of postage and packing and are correct at the time of publication.
Payment Method
All goods must be paid for prior to dispatch. Payment can be made using credit or debit card, via our secure site, alternatively you may send a cheque or postal order payable to Fancy Dress. Please note, goods will not be dispatched until payment has cleared.
Returns Policy
If you find it necessary to return an item to us, you must firstly e-mail within 7 days of receipt of the parcel to be issued with an authorised returns number, once this has been obtained you can then return the goods, with all original labels attached, and obviously in an un-used state. This must be in the original packaging. Upon receipt of unused goods, we will refund for items only not original carriage, we regret we cannot accept the return of wigs for reasons of hygiene. All carriage costs must be met by the customer. All orders are checked and double checked before leaving our warehouse and the greatest care is taken to prevent items becoming damaged in transit.
